AI credits and your free trial
Updated Aug 13, 2026 · 3 min read
Your $25 credit grant pays for your agent's thinking, not your trades. When it starts, when it ends, and what it never gates.
Every new Senpi account comes with $25 in AI credits. The grant is one time, it activates the moment you deploy your agent, and it runs for 30 days.

What credits actually pay for
Credits cover what your agent spends thinking: reading the market, running analysis, and making decisions. That is the whole scope. Trading with your own USDC is a separate thing, funded separately, and it draws on a different balance.
Credits are not trading capital
You cannot trade with credits and you cannot withdraw them. They pay for the agent's thinking, nothing else. Funding your account with USDC is a completely separate step - see Funding, deposits and withdrawals.
Option A
AI credits
- $25, granted once when you deploy your agent
- Pay for the agent reading the market, running analysis and making decisions
- Cannot be traded
- Cannot be withdrawn
- Expire 30 days after they activate
Option B
Your USDC
- Deposited by you, in the amount you choose
- The capital your agent actually trades with
- Yours to withdraw
- Never spent on AI usage
- Does not expire
VerdictTwo separate balances. A full credit balance does not fund a trade, and a funded account does not pay for AI usage.
When the grant starts and when it ends
Signing up does not start the clock. Deploying your agent does. From that point you have 30 days of credit, and anything left over at the end of the window is gone.

Unused credit does not carry over
There is no in-app top up today, so an exhausted or expired grant is not something you can refill from inside the app. Continuing past the grant means moving to a paid monthly plan.
Credits are discretionary
Free credits can be removed
The grant is discretionary. Senpi may remove free credits if an agent is used for topics unrelated to trading on Senpi, and may do so before the 30 days are up.
Credits gate the AI, never your money
Your credit balance controls how much thinking your agent can do. It does not control your funds. Whatever your balance says, and whether or not the grant has expired, your credit balance does not gate any of this:
- Closing a position.
- Withdrawing funds.
- Transferring between your wallets.
Running out of credits, or letting them expire, quiets the agent. It is not what stands between you and your money.
If you were told you would get $100
Early waitlist keys really were provisioned at $100, so that figure was accurate for that cohort at the time. The grant on accounts today is $25, and that is the number the app will show you. A balance reading $25 is working as intended.
If something else looks wrong - a $0 credit balance, or credits that never appeared after you deployed - that is a different problem. Open the chat widget on senpi.ai and the team will check your account.

- Credits pay for the agent's thinking. They are not trading capital and cannot be withdrawn.
- The grant expires 30 days after it activates, and Senpi can remove it before then.
- Closing, withdrawing and transferring are never gated by your credit balance.
