Edit your display name and agent photo, recover lost account access, and reach official Senpi support. Spot and avoid Telegram scams.
Editing your profile
Go to senpi.ai, click your profile picture, then click edit to change your Senpi display name. Your linked X (Twitter) username cannot be changed through Senpi - change it on X itself. Agent photos can currently be changed by logging into the Senpi app with your main login method.
Account lockout / lost access
If you have lost access to your account or wallet and need help closing a strategy or recovering funds, the Senpi team can assist as a last resort. Flag the issue through support and provide as much detail as possible: your wallet address, strategy IDs, and the login method you used. The team will review and help resolve the situation.
Official support
Support is only via the chat widget on senpi.ai. Report security vulnerabilities to support@senpi.ai - for genuinely critical findings, the team considers rewards on a case-by-case basis.
Scam warning
The Senpi team never contacts users via Telegram DM. Any Telegram DM claiming to be Senpi support is a scam. Never share seed phrases, private keys, or login credentials with anyone, including bots or people claiming to be Senpi staff. Senpi agents themselves never need your private keys - see article 17.
Need a hand?
